Production Process

The company's products are manufactured through various processes including casting, forging, machining, electroplating, and finally cleaning and packaging. The production processes of the products are carried out using modern and precise machinery.

Quality Control

Given the importance of the quality of the products, the company's quality control unit, under the supervision of the engineering unit, monitors and controls each stage of the production of the equipment from the stage of entry of raw materials to the last stage of production, periodically and in accordance with the QC Plan document and technical drawings.

Testing

In order to verify the performance of the equipment according to the standard and design, the quality control unit performs various mechanical and electrical tests on the equipment and hardware using the internal facilities and accredited partner laboratories so that the product is manufactured in accordance with the design.
